**Overview**
SDT North America Inc. is looking to hire a Hybrid Office Administrator to join our Marketing and Communications Team. This position is an 18-month maternity leave contract with the potential for extension or permanency. It’s the job of the Marketing and Communications Team to build SDT’s brand, generate leads, and distribute them to our global sales channel in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
At SDT Ultrasound Solutions, we enable our customers to achieve their operational objectives by improving the reliability of their assts.
We’ve been supporting industry with our advanced ultrasound predictive maintenance solutions for over 50 years; promoting more reliable, sustainable, and safe manufacturing processes and empowering maintenance and reliability teams to better understand the health of their most critical production assets. SDT’s Ultrasound Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis, and Acoustic Imaging Devices provide maintenance and reliability teams with advanced warning signs of equipment defects giving them the means to anticipate production asset failures, control energy costs, and improve profitability by preventing unplanned downtime.
**Job Duties**
- Training & Event Administration:_
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and ensure appropriate facilities and resources are available.
- Handle logistics, including venue booking, catering, equipment setup, training material preparation, and trainer scheduling.
- Manage participant registrations, attendance tracking, and budget for post-training evaluations.
- Organize and maintain training records and databases for accurate reporting.
- Issue certificates to successful training attendees.
- Maintain the backend of our SDT.Training platform.
- Oversee and manage online training programs.
- Develop and implement event timelines, manage event schedules, and address on-site challenges as they arise.
- Marketing & Communications Support:_
- Internal communications
- External communications
- Assist with inside sales tasks.
- Administrative Support:_
- Sales force data/lead entry and accurate record keeping.
- Other various office administrative duties.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Problem solving skills - willing to look for faster, more efficient ways to complete tasks.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
**Requirements**:
- A university degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is valuable.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is valuable.
