Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. This is a full-time position located in

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with customers to explain repair options and provide accurate estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair processes is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$94,557.81 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
