RJC Engineers has an exciting temporary opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our growing business. You will provide administrative HR support across multiple offices. You will be responsible for supporting our day-to-day human resources operations and collaborating with our diverse team of professionals.

**Start Date**:As soon as possible

**Location**:Vancouver

**Salary Range**:24.50 - 26.50 p/h (dependent on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide recruitment support by preparing job postings, posting openings, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and other recruitment support as required.
- Onboarding of new hires
- Prepare general HR correspondence, which includes employment agreements, employment verification letters, salary, and bonus letters.
- Provide support to HR Advisors in the management of requests and employee movements
- Maintain integrity of HR data in UKG and SiteDocs
- Process transactional and operational data in HRIS and other database / portals
- May participate in special HR projects

**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Administration or equivalent considered an asset, but not required
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with HRIS systems considered an asset

**Skills**
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and competing priorities
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Sense of initiative and autonomy
- Good organizational skills
