**Your Impact**:
We’re looking for a Sustainability / Environmental/Social/Governance (ESG) Consultant to join our fast-growing, committed, and enthusiastic team. Based in Canada with the option to work remotely, you’ll collaborate within many facets of our business and interact with the full spectrum of staff from entry level engineers/scientists to senior business unit leadership.

As a positive communicator with excellent influencing ability who’s able to lead tasks or projects without direct supervision; we’ll rely on you to coordinate our team of sustainability / ESG specialists, connect with our global technical experts, as well as deliver exceptional results independently. Along the way, you’ll have the support of a larger national and global community of practice who focuses on sustainability and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Bring your expertise in sustainability and ESG and desire to work on tough problems, and we’ll empower you to deliver the boldest solutions for our clients.
**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, basic/applied science (such as physics, chemistry, material science, environmental science, earth sciences, etc.), social science, international development, public health, public policy, political science, resource management, or a similar discipline
- Experience speaking with clients in corporate, industrial, or local government sectors
- Expert knowledge and past track record for delivery of sustainability and ESG tasks and projects, and supporting our client’s disclosures via CDP and similar programs
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently with mínimal supervision and in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, basic/applied science (such as physics, chemistry, material science, environmental science, earth sciences, etc.), social science, international development, public health, public policy, political science, resource management, or a similar discipline
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of remote practitioners
- Experience scoping, pricing, and writing winning proposals for sustainability projects - and then managing projects after the award
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with environmental life cycle assessments of assets, infrastructure, and/or products.
- Experience with delivery of projects involving the nexus of sustainable transportation, resilience, decarbonization, and social value
- The confidence to speak on these topics at large conferences, with client senior executives, and to company internal learning networks
