**About this Role**:
National Partner Campus Recruiters are responsible for managing and coordinating the strategy, logistics and execution of partnerships and largescale university recruitment events. You will be on the front-line representing the Gartner brand and ensuring that we attract the best and brightest students through effective partnership management. This will also include working closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize each partnership engagement. National Partner Recruiters must be team players who demonstrate the ability to build strong partnerships with their strategic partnerships, professors, students and Gartner business leaders.
**What you’ll do**:
- Effectively collaborate and work with Business Leaders, HR Partners, Recruiters and Campus Recruiting Leadership to create a plan to support high impact partnerships including getting senior level commitment for time, resources and focus.
- Coordinate all events National Partnerships ensuring timeliness and consistency while partnering with Recruiting Coordinators and Business Leaders
- Lead/Attend events/functions to assist in branding, enhancing awareness of Gartner; monitor and control budget relating to events
**What you’ll need**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 5 years Campus Recruiting experience preferred
- Own 5 -7 strategic national partnerships
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Requires high level communication with an extreme attention to detail
- Requires ‘Extreme Ownership’ of project plans, calendar management and reporting
