**Description**:
**Remuneration**: between $75,000 and $90,000 depending on experience and qualifications

**Entry into position**: June 2024

Responsibility
- Support a team of teachers.
- Create an environment conducive to learning.
- Develop interest and pleasure in learning among students.
- Take into account the diversity of students and promote it.
- Give importance to students' personal identity and self-esteem.
- Communicate clear and achievable expectations for the teaching team.
- Display a welcoming and respectful attitude.
- Create meaningful learning situations linked to the Quebec School Training Program.
- Prevent the occurrence of inappropriate behavior and intervene when students manifest it.
- Consider college staff members as collaborators and work collaboratively with each for the common goal of student success.
- Establish warm relationships and regular communication with students and teachers.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma of college or university studies related to the program to be taught;
- Hold a teaching permit, or any other document issued by the Quebec Ministry of Education which attests to teaching skills. This may be a tolerance of commitment, a provisional teaching license or a renewal of a provisional teaching license, a teaching permit or a permit renewal (mandatory); ()
- Be a member of the Order of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ) or the Order of Auxiliary Nurses of Quebec (OIIAQ);
- Experience in a hospital center and CHSLD (asset)
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the specialty;
- Teaching experience in the vocational training sector (an asset);
1. His teaching permit, or any other document issued by the Quebec Ministry of Education which certifies teaching skills.
