Lighting Outside Inside Sales Representative

This position will start at 100% commission during the training period and will increase over time to an hourly rate with other perks.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR LIGHTING SALES EXPERIENCE.
You will be instrumental in building the LED Market in North America. You are responsible for selling products, meeting customer needs, and obtaining orders from existing or potential customers.
Identify and develop sales opportunities and nurture relationships with established and new customers, leveraging direct and indirect sales resources. Execute and adapt plans, strategies, and objectives aligned with the Company's goals.
**SALES REPRESENTATIVES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Assume full sales account management responsibility for the complete sales cycle in your assigned territory and accounts.
- Deliver sales programs, services, and activities to grow existing and new businesses by creating and developing value for our customers.
- Develop account sales network and pipeline; penetrate all accounts within the territory, focusing on establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Manage relationships with existing customers, playing an essential role in developing and maintaining the Company's image and reputation in the marketplace:
- Collaborate with product development to verify appropriate proposed solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities to expand sales through various prospecting activities, including networking, prospecting, on-site sales calls, and cold calling. Follow up on sales leads received by the Company.
- Analyze specifications, including sketches, design plans, fixture schedules and take-offs to propose products achieving customer objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and strategies to execute solutions within the existing business model and channels.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience selling lighting is an asset with Strategic and tactical management experience in planning, designing, and implementing sales programs.
- Outstanding work ethic, excellent communicator with high energy and a strong passion for driving results and achieving targets.
- You believe that quality is service, and you are proud to provide your customers with the best possible customer service and support at every point of contact.
- Track record of success, including overachievement of quota, top performer recognition, history of initial seeding of accounts, and closing of significantly large deals.
- Effectively and appropriately represent the Company in contact with various business, professional, and industry organizations.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Commission pay
