Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. **Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu guidelines
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the safety of our customers
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, meal presentation, and flavor profiles
- Experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment
- Excellent understanding of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in the food industry
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nous recherchons un cuisinier compétent et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que cuisinier, vous serez responsable de préparer et de cuisiner de délicieux repas tout en maintenant des normes élevées de sécurité et de qualité des aliments. Responsabilités:
- Préparer et cuisiner les repas selon les recettes établies et les directives du menu
- S'assurer que tous les aliments sont préparés à temps et répondent aux normes de qualité
- Suivre les procédures appropriées de manipulation et de sécurité des aliments pour éviter la contamination croisée et assurer la sécurité de nos clients
- Maintenir un espace de travail de cuisine propre et organisé, y compris le stockage approprié des ingrédients et le nettoyage de l'équipement
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de cuisine pour assurer le bon fonctionnement pendant les heures de pointe
- Aider à la gestion des stocks, y compris en surveillant les niveaux de stock et en passant les commandes si nécessaire
- Adhérer à toutes les politiques, procédures et directives d'assainissement de l'entreprise
Compétences:
- Solide connaissance des techniques de préparation des aliments, de la présentation des repas et des profils de saveurs
- Expérience dans un environnement de restauration rapide ou de restauration
- Excellente compréhension des pratiques de sécurité alimentaire et de la bonne manipulation des ingrédients
- Capacité à bien travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
- Compétences en communication efficaces pour collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe
Exigences:
- Expérience avérée en tant que cuisinier ou rôle similaire dans l'industrie agroalimentaire
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent préféré
- Certification de manutentionnaire d'aliments ou volonté d'en obtenir une
- Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever des objets lourds (jusqu'à 50 livres)
- Flexibilité pour travailler les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés selon les besoins
