**Barrantes & Associates Inc.** is seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) devoted to helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their goals. A successful applicant must:

- Have an active registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Be familiar with the principles, methods, and best practices of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
- Maintain a high standard of care, compassion, and commitment.
- Maintain ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
- Have the proven ability to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting.
- Have the proven ability to work with clients of all demographics; including, but not limited to clients with dual diagnoses and complex behaviours.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain access to a vehicle for travel in the community.
- Be able to obtain a valid and negative Vulnerable Sector Check.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct functional assessments and develop comprehensive behaviour interventions.
- Analyze data from functional assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioural interventions.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and provide clinical training to staff within the organization.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members and families as needed.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Provide oversight to staff within the organization.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities and maintain certification requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.

**Experience**:

- A BCBA certification in good standing.
- 5+ years working with individuals with ASD and off-task behaviours.

**Education and Training**:

- A recognized Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or equivalent.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Master's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ASD and/or behavioural: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
