Vous êtes bon communicateur, dynamique et vous aimez la vente et le contact client, ayez la chance de représenter et vendre les marques fortes d’Agropur tel que OKA, Natrel & Québon et monsieur Gustav pour nos fromages fins. Le coordonnateur de territoire offre un service de représentation des ventes consistant, de valeur, et énergique pour tous les clients de son territoire. Il planifie, organise, communique et gère les activités de ventes pour les clients afin de maximiser le volume des ventes des produits de l’organisation. Il développe et maintien d’excellentes relations d’affaires avec l’équipe de gestion de chacun des magasins pour atteindre les objectifs et faire grandir les objectifs communs. Il maximise la distribution et la profitabilité des produits dans son territoire en utilisant les outils à sa disposition.

En quoi consiste ce rôle:
- Gère les clients qui lui sont attribués afin d’assurer le plus haut niveau du service à la clientèle;- Maximise la distribution des produits et la profitabilité à l’intérieur de son territoire;- Maintiens une couverture de comptes adéquate en fonction du cycle de visites, assure le suivi des promotions et le respect des ententes commerciales;- Négocie le support promotionnel nécessaire pour chacun des comptes qu’il est responsable (Lorsqu’applicable);- Présente les revues d’affaires aux décideurs pour les suivis d’entente et propose des opportunités d’améliorations pour l’atteinte de nos objectifs communs.
Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe:
- Baccalauréat en ventes ou marketing, ou dans une discipline pertinente;- Minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinentes dans le secteur alimentaire ou des produits de consommation;- Orienté vers le client, démontre des aptitudes en ventes, de solides habiletés en matière de communication (verbale et écrite) et parle bien l’anglais;- Excellente maîtrise des logiciels courants. (Office (Excel-PowerPoint) - Nielsen - Oracle).
