We are looking for a full-time permanent **Purchaser **to join our team As a Purchaser you are responsible for obtaining requirements by verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders; verifying receipt of items; authorizing payments, budgetary and inventory control, and price negotiation.

**What will you be doing?**
Verifying purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives. Forward available inventory items by verifying stock; scheduling delivery. Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items. Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders. Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers. Authorize payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation. Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents. Provide purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Accomplish purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**What skills, experience and education are we looking for?**
- 2 - 3 years of purchasing experience in similar industry
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn additional tasks as assigned.
- Knowledge of CRM would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Dynamics is an asset
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with a Can Do attitude
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
