- Some benefits have eligibility requirements of surpassing three (3) months and securing a regular position of 20hrs/week or more. The benefits and criteria may change from time to time at the discretion of Strive.

**This is a full-time permanent position. **Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm with some flexibility (Off and On on-call for weekends and stat holidays)**

**The Ideal Applicant Shall Possess**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of two Residential Homes
- Ensuring the health and safety and a high standard of care for clients
- Scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff
- Working with health care professionals to identify client needs
- Develop individual plans, protocols, and schedules
- Rotating on-call duties

**Job Qualifications Include**:

- Registered LPN preferred
- Minimum of one year of management experience in residential or health care setting
- Awareness of and respect for the human rights of persons-in-care
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good organization and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgment and decisiveness in the event of emergency
- Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft platform
