Central Station Operator

**OPPERATOR**
L'opérateur(e) de la centrale a la responsabilité d'assurer un excellent service à la clientèle aux clients de l'entreprise. Il/elle répond aux alertes et engage les procédures d'intervention en fonction des anomalie apparues dans le système de surveillance et les plans de surveillance définis par les clients. Il/elle est responsable d'aviser tout déplacement ou toute absence par souci du respect des nomes internes de sécurité et de confidentialité.
**Engager la procédure d'intervention en cas d'alarme**
- Répondre à l'appel entrant dans SIMS
- Lire les instructions au dossier client
- Transférer l'alerte aux services d'urgence publics ou privés (police, pompiers, agences privés) selon la procédure définie par le client dans son plan ou appliquer la procédure standard par défaut
- Procéder aux vérifications selon le protocole défini par le client et valider les informations communiquées (demander les codes, informations personnelles, etc.)
- Appeler le client dans la demi-heure pour assurer un suivi et réarmer l'alarme à distance
- Répondre aux tests lors des installations et notifier les anomalies pour correction
**Assurer le service à la clientèle selon les normes de l'Entreprise**
- Répondre à tous les appels entrants
- Enregistrer les demandes des clients et les saisir dans SIMS pour la facturation
- Archiver tous les appels entrants dans SIMS pour la révision des appels en cas de plainte
- Assurer toute communication électronique avec les clients depuis SIMS et Outlook (réponse courriel, accuséde réception, etc.)
**Effectuer les entrées de données dans SIMS**
- Créer ou compléter le dossier client ave les informations confidentielles manquantes
- Tenir à jour les dossiers et vérifier la cohérence des installations avec les codes produits
- Rapporter au gérant toute anomalie au dossier (codes manquants, zones manquantes...)
- Rapporter toute anomalie informatique ou technique au gérant
**Appliquer les procédures internes de sécurité et confidentialité**
- Nettoyer son poste de travail au début et à la fin de chaque quart de travail
- Respecter les normes de sécurité (signaler sa présence, rapporter ses déplacements, aviser toutes les pauses et leur durée, alerter en cas 'absences prolongées, etc.)
- Respecter la procédure de double vérification des processus entre opérateurs
- Porter une attention particulière aux communiqués définissant les nouvelles norms et procédures qui prennent effet immédiatement
**Effectuer les tâches complémentaires**
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin
