Immediate Night auditor position is available & must be able to work any shift that is assigned by Guest services Manager any Morning, afternoon, night shifts, available to work on weekends, holidays and provide coverage anytime when required.The Applicant must be very reliable have a minimum of 2 yrs previous Hotel experience with PMS and strong computer skills experience
**ROLE**
- The Guest Service Agent is empowered to handle all Guest inquiries, Customer Service and Complaints & is passionate in solving guest problems.
- include all aspects of a Guest Service agent, including guest check-ins and check outs, assisting with concierge inquiries, answering the switchboard and taking reservations calls, all while striving to exceed guest expectations.
- The Guest service Agent is focused on providing outstanding service & Spirit of Hospitality by focusing on little things that makes a big difference in creating a memorable guest experience.

- We are looking for positive and energetic individual to join the Guest service team in the role of Guest service Agent.

**Responsibilities**
- Guest service Agent include but are not limited to:
- Immediately takes ownership of all guest issues as they arise, documenting and following through to their full resolution.
- Ensure that guests receive a positive first and last impression of the Hotel; greets and registers guests (check guests in and out); liaises with all other departments.
- Answer telephones & greet guests in a friendly, and professional manner in accordance to our Hilton Standards
- Interacts with other departments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that assigned duties are completed during the course of a shift;
- Follow specific checklists
- Enters all reservation booking details & special requests in our system.
- Help the guests with directions & serve as a liaison for guests requiring information relating to things to do in the area.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of Hilton OnQ system an asset or other hotel PMS
- Must possess excellent Organizational skills, detail oriented & Communication skills both spoken & written.
- Ability to work as a team & able to Multi task in this position and must be extremely reliable for the position
- Previous Guest service agent, reservation hotel experience preferred
- All other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor
- Must be able to work as a duty Manager during the shift
- Handle escalated guest issues
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Immediate supervisor
- Post secondary education in Tourism/Hospitality programs is preferred and previous hotel experience is an asset as well to be considered.

Pay: $17.00-$19.73 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
