At Clover Hills Rehabilitation, we create a safe and comfortable environment that is focused on making our patient's visits enjoyable from the moment they step through our doors. We are looking for a person to join our front desk team who is passionate about healthcare, wellness, has a pleasant/welcoming personality and is flexible in their availability.
We are currently looking to fill our weekday morning and evening shifts. This role requires schedule flexibility to cover other front desk vacation/sick time as required. This may include Saturdays as needed.
This role is expected to be filled with someone that has experience with scheduling within the Jane.app and has experience or is working in a multi-disciplinary clinic. Our clinic has Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, RMT's, Acupuncturists and a Clinical Counsellor.
~A motivated, self starter who likes to fill down time with "things to do."
~Has excellent time management skills, and thrives on multitasking.
~Work well with others and builds a positive customer service relationship with our clientele. (This is a must)
~Is accountable and reliable.
~Proactive to help build more clientele.
~Experienced in paramedical billing for third party providers and ICBC funded claims.
~The ability to accept constructive criticism knowing that it comes from a place of care and a desire to see you do your best

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Demonstrate effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Support office operations with clerical duties and assist in bookkeeping when required.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week
