**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial client consultations to assess immigration needs.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on visa options, residency requirements, and other immigration-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies, legal representatives, and clients to facilitate the immigration process.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and immigration authorities as needed.
- Stay informed about global immigration trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience working as an immigration caseworker or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be an asset.
- Familiarity with immigration software and case management systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
