**IMMIGRATION CASE WORKER -FULL TIME**

Arrivals Canada Immigration Consultancy is a growing company that is looking to add its next member to our team. At Arrivals Canada, you will work closely with an experienced Regulated Immigration Consultant who is highly skilled and knowledgeable in various areas of immigration in Canada. We work with clients in various programs such as Federal Skilled Worker Program, Study Permits, Temporary Resident Visas and more. We have worked with several clients to make their Canadian dream come true.

**Job Functions**
- Strong attention to detail for completing client files and correspondence
- Strong understanding of the Canadian Immigration process, which includes the processes of the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Temporary Resident Visas, Study Permits and more
- Work to identify proper immigration programs for clients based on their current situation
- Demonstrates an understanding of processes for the Canadian Immigration process and understanding of Citizenship and Immigration Canada
- Works on the client intake process, which includes both basic and complex files, while maintaining client files in a neat and orderly fashion
- Understanding of how to fill out immigration forms and correspondence with accuracy
- Ability to write immigration letters for items such as study permits, temporary resident visas, and any other correspondence needed
- Demonstrated understanding of the entire process from end to end with Canadian immigration, from intake to submission

**Job Qualifications**
- Degree in Business Administration or a related degree, an Immigration Consultant Diploma would be considered a strong asset
- Experience working in Canadian Immigration
- Strong attention to detail with and ability to process follow ups and clear and concise correspondence with clients and other staff
- Ability to communicate in French/Hindi/Punjabi would be strongly preferred
- Ability to process complex work in a specific period of time as per the needs of the business
- Knowledge of the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Study Permits, and Temporary Resident Visas
- Ability to work in and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong writing skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Immigration: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Punjabi (preferred)
- Hindi/Urdu (preferred)
- French (preferred)

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.15 per hour
