Manages field staff and in-office staff for the delivery of HVAC and insulation installs across the province. Oversees teams responsible for tasks and processes including, but not limited to:
- Oversee program operations related to direct install and quality control of HVAC/Insulation measures in residential homes.- Coordination and communication with delivery team, in field team, management- Delivery and quality assurance: w/adherence to program guidelines and service level agreement- Project and/or process management- Manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.- Work with subcontractors and suppliers for equipment procurement and installations (HVAC & Insulation)- Data Management for Program Support, Field Support, & Business - Development Support- Manage customer and client escalations
You’re a great fit if you have- 5-8 years relevant experience- 4+ years people management- Bachelor’s Degree preferred- Experience in the HVAC industry preferred
Targeted Compensation:
$94,248 - $110,000 / year CAD
