**What you will do**:
In your role, you’ll support the business with research, social media strategies that engage the target consumers where they are, and where we want them to be, community management, and content creation. The job requires an understanding of how it all works together, owned channels, brand strategy, and data-driven marketing activities and measurement. The applicant should be able to support the creation of media and marketing strategies from initial problem solving to final product, while providing knowledge and insight to make better decisions - all with a social first lens.
The Manager should be an excellent collaborator with the ability to approach any problem or opportunity with passion and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Community Management, opportunity creation, outreach;
- Content Development: Overseeing the Facilitation and Development of Monthly Content;
- Engaging the Agency with business developments to support strategy development;
- Staying on top of new trends and assist in developing agency knowledge across teams;
- Developing reports and create compelling and insightful insights and recommendations;
- Developing plans and recommendations that look at both traditional and non-traditional ways of reaching the consumer with a brand message within all social channels and leveraging SAAS tools for gamification or contesting/give-aways;
- Management and communication with both internal teams and client;
- Assist in developing pitches and strategy documents;
- Source and manage end to end process with influencers;

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years in the marketing and social media space with excellent knowledge in: Blogger / Influencer outreach, social media strategy, social community content, social community management and social media online advertising. Agency experience preferred.
- Must be a leader and dedicated self-starter;
- Organized, digitally oriented, and platform agnostic, with a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok ;
- Understanding and working knowledge of industry standard tools - advanced social analytics, social listening, posting, etc.
- Influencer outreach strategy & program management experience (relationships and contact details a bonus);
- Strong writing skills, photography and digital design skills are a plus.;
- Undergraduate or Graduate-level university degree in Communications, Business/Marketing or Journalism;
