We are looking to onboard new members to our marketing team. This job will require

creativity, determination, and passion. As a Social Media Manager, you will leverage our social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement amongst our audiences.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to uphold our social media customer service experience, act as the face and voice of our business, and infuse our tone throughout our social media platforms. You will interact daily with our social media communities and play a key role in the development of social media strategies and content.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively utilize company social channels
- Create and distribute social media content
- Manage social media accounts
- Research and market analysis
- Communicate and build relationships with current or prospective clients
- Work with different internal teams
- Film videos and perform basic editing

**Skills**
- Strong desire to learn
- Comprehensive understanding of TikTok, SnapChat, Instagram, FaceBook and LinkedIn
- Ability to curate and create content under the direction of senior team members and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for the PR industry and its best practices
- Working knowledge of Excel

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in TORONTO, ON
