Social Media Manager and Content Creator

As part of this role, you will spearhead photography and videography efforts, bringing our brand to life through captivating visuals. **Must-haves**
- Excellent and efficient photography and video editing - MUST be experienced in video and photo editing
- Proficiency in videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of photography techniques, lighting setups, camera gear, and related topics.
- Experience with Influencer Marketing and PR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly knowledgeable on social channels with a main focus on Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube
- Up-to-date with current Social Media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
- MUST be able to manage and meet multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities.
- Project management experience
- Detail oriented
- Creative design experience
- 2+ years experience in digital communications, content creation, or social media.
- Experience in executing social media strategies.
- Must be willing to learn and complete required certifications.
- A portfolio or YouTube channel showcasing your previous work and demonstrating your ability to create high-quality, engaging content.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of copyright laws, fair use, and intellectual property rights as they pertain to content creation on YouTube.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all content creation activities for clients, agencies and platforms
- Manage all content and social media marketing calendars to ensure regular delivery throughout the year that aligns with client marketing objectives
- Work closely with the marketing team to devise content, social media and brand strategies that align with the client’s and inter-company’s wider goals
- Manage various content and social media-related weekly and monthly
- Evaluate performance based on in-app analytics (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Execute social media strategies created by the strategy team.
- Operate as the internal project manager.
- Experienced with social media management.
- Good copywriting skills for social media posts and reports.
- Ability to create, manage, and execute content calendars.
- Participate in strategic discussions, and bring new ideas for client campaigns.
- Respect the schedule and deadlines for client projects.
- Understanding analytics and creating monthly analytical reports.
- Experience with Canva is an asset.
