**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- On a typical day, you will:
- Provide editorial and communications support to various departments (internal clients) for operational projects (client communications: documents, client notices, vignettes, presentations, etc.);
- Coordinate the various stages of communication projects (design, writing, approval, translation, delivery, etc.) - Turnkey projects;
- Writing and editing administrative, operational and advertising content in English and French and supporting the implementation of communications materials;
- Participate in the development and implementation of the communication plan and collaborate in the development of best practice communication strategies;
- Participate or facilitate various communications committees; internal committees and partners;
- Coordinate the review and translation of communications and documents produced by other departments for external clients (training manuals, online aids, release bulletins, forms, telephone messages, etc.);
- Ensures the layout and formatting of certain documents (PowerPoint presentations, Word training manuals, etc.) and ensures compliance with established standards (templates), coordinated by the manager.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:

- Bachelor in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field;
- Three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- General knowledge of layout and drawing software (an asset);
- Knowledge of the WordPress content management system (an asset);
- Knowledge of agile development methodology (an asset)
- Excellent writing and translation skills;
- Demonstrate creativity and rigor;
- Able to work under pressure and with short lead times;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
