Omnipoint is an established Collection Agency located in Ft. Erie looking to add a few people to grow our team. Are you money motivated and have exceptional communication skills? We would like to meet you We typically hire employees with collections experience but will train the right person for this role.

**RESPONSBILITIES**
- Communicate with Consumers by telephone to resolve delinquent debt
- Negotiate and counsel consumers to find resolutions to delinquency
- Manage and resolve primary consumer questions and concerns
- Escalate consumer complaints and secondary concerns to management
- Update consumer accounts per Company and Client policies
- Skip tracing as assigned or needed
- Maintain knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Local laws, and regulations relating to job duties
- Maintain knowledge and Adherence to all Company compliance polices
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficient in English Language
- Able to easily navigate computer and software platforms
- Communicate effectively, in a professional, assertive and pleasant manner
- Team oriented
- Reliable

Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
