As a Regulatory Coordinator with Trans Mountain, you will have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of Regulatory experts supporting operation activities for the Trans Mountain pipeline system. This position is based in our Calgary Head office.

This position will primarily be responsible for preparing, filing and tracking regulatory submissions, preparing summaries of issues, updating regulatory records and compliance tracking to support Trans Mountain's continued compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinates and files annual and bi-annual regulatory filings (i.e. CER, PHMSA. UTC, BCER, TSA, CRTC) to support Trans Mountain's continued compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinates timely and accurate responses to regulator requests and non-compliances and tracks all outstanding matters from creation to close out to support Trans Mountain's regulatory service delivery model.
- Monitors company commitments and works with responsible program areas to address and close out.
- Monitors regulatory news and updates to assess the relevance of regulatory information to the business to support process improvements and continued compliance.
- Support the continuous review and enhancements to regulatory programs by assisting with department initiatives (i.e. records management) and other activities as required.

**Qualifications and Professional Experience**
- Prefer Degree or Certificate in Environment, Land Administration, or Public Administration
- A minimum 3 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of Canadian energy industry, pipelines and the relationship between regulators and regulated companies would be an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative and strong team player.
