Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self-storage experts who span across 15 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. **What Will You Do**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with technological capabilities.
- Enhance and optimize system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and coherence across platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and proactively address potential challenges to maintain a well-integrated ecosystem.
- Enhance and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
- Assist the training team with the creation and delivery of training material for employees.
- Contribute to a dynamic and agile team culture by willingly embracing additional responsibilities.

**What Will You Need to Succeed**:

- 3-5 years' in a Systems Analyst or a similar IT role in a mid-sized organization.
- Technical diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Experience with Sitelink or Call Potential software is an asset.
- Experience in the self-storage business is an asset.
- Ability to take on new challenges and learn quickly with little supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly through written and verbal channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and a willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service skills.
