- You hold an active real estate license or are in the final stage of obtaining one
- You’re motivated and desire growth, both professionally and personally
- You have strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as effective oral and written communication in the English language

- You're local to Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario (where our office is located)

- **Basic Responsibilities**:_
- You’ll go on appointments with home owners and acquire property listings
- You’ll go on appointments with home buyers and secure chosen properties
- You’ll effectively source and manage leads within the team database
- You’ll complete daily tasks within our lead management system
- You’ll build positive relationships with potential clients
- You’ll host open houses as needed
- You'll take part in team events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:
