**Job Description**:
As a Digital Associate at Wycked Apparel, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our Shopify website, social media platforms, and other multimedia channels. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure that our brand's online presence is engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with our overall brand strategy. This is a contract, full-time position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Shopify Website Management:
Take ownership of the Wycked Apparel Shopify website, ensuring its smooth operation, functionality, and user experience.

Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

Implement new features and enhancements to optimize website performance.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website reflects the brand's aesthetic and values.

Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.

Create and schedule engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze social media metrics and insights to identify trends, improve performance, and report on key performance indicators.

Multimedia Content Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop captivating multimedia content, including graphics, images, videos, and animations.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, reflects our unique style, and resonates with our target audience.

Edit and optimize multimedia assets for different platforms and devices, maintaining high quality and fast loading times.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track website and social media analytics using various tools, such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

Prepare regular reports on website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and social media performance.

Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing digital campaigns and strategies.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience managing and maintaining Shopify websites, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.

Proficiency in social media management across multiple platforms.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Proficient in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Familiarity with multimedia content creation, including video editing and basic animation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging trends in digital marketing.

A passion for fashion, creativity, and staying up to date with industry trends.
