**Company Overview**: Ontario Bollards/ANNT, a leader in asset protection solutions specializing in high-quality bollards and barriers, is seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Specialist/PPC & Google Ads Expert to enhance our online presence and drive digital marketing success.

As our in-house SEO Specialist/PPC & Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve our website's visibility and search engine ranking. A significant part of your role will focus on managing and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, particularly on Google Ads, while also contributing to other marketing activities such as social media management and content updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
- Take charge of PPC advertising campaigns, mainly on Google Ads, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing SEO performance monitoring.
- Lead efforts in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Work closely with content creators to integrate SEO best practices into content and marketing materials.
- Manage and engage audiences on social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling.
- Regularly update website content, ensuring alignment with our brand and overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze digital marketing data, reporting on campaign performance, and identifying improvement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and PPC, especially in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, particularly in PPC and SEO.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high integrity and autonomy.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- Familiarity with the construction or public safety industries is an advantage.
- Bilingual (French) would be considered a strong asset.
