- Markham, Ontario (Hybrid Work Arrangement)- The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Team is responsible for ensuring that we have the right product available at the right place and the right time to meet customer demand, while optimizing cost and resources.

_Supply Chain Analyst - _
- Inventory/Distribution_
- _will be responsible for the following:

- Inventory & allocation distribution, working alongside the IBP/Supply Chain teams to maximize fill rates on a designated set of business segments.
- Act as the single point of contact for Customer Logistics team to address order issues related to items on allocation and/ or supply & production planning.
- Help coordinate key supply chain initiatives such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Self-Service Business Intelligence (SSBI) & reporting, score-carding, & Cost-to-Serve.
- As required, responsible for ongoing customer engagement on designated account(s) (customer scorecard presentation/alignment, order optimization initiatives, etc).
- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS SUMMARY
- Order fulfilment - Inventory Distribution & Product Allocations
- Prepare daily inventory reports, working with Demand & Supply Planning to reserve inventory and resolve customer order issues; solutions to be communicated to the Customer Logistics team timely to ensure smooth order flow
- Collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning to set up/ maintain product allocations. Responsible for maintaining recommendation forms, forecast splits and allocation resets
- Manage the daily reconciliation of orders over allocation forecast (done in close collaboration with the IBP Team)
- Responsible for maintaining root cause codes & out of stock reason to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
- Facilitate daily Supply Chain Meeting & communicate with cross-functional Supply Chain team to proactively resolve issues and improve service to the customer
- Project & analytics support as it relates to supply chain improvement opportunities and special projects
- Support cross-functional teams on new product launches, case pack renovations and item transitions. Act as a liaison between Supply & Customer Planning to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain set of dashboards, reports and tools that are used daily (Inventory Report, Allocation Dashboard, Forecast Uploads, Cut Report, Daily Supply Chain Scorecard). Responsible for upkeeping reference materials and making any necessary modifications when needed.

Customer Supply Chain Engagement
- As required, responsible for ongoing customer engagement on designated account(s), completing customer scorecard & leading order optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and share a monthly Smucker Supply Scorecard to proactively inform customers of ongoing supply challenges and noteworthy updates. Use this time to build strong customer relationships.
