The largest independent dealer of CNH equipment in Canada, RME consists of 43 construction and agricultural equipment branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The key focus of the Equipment Analyst will be to provide valuation for used equipment for AG dealership locations. This includes utilizing all internal and external resources and reports in order to understand market and sales intelligence. This individual will create reports and maintain spreadsheets with analytics and data to support valuations. They should be motivated to attend to the detailed aspects of this position while focusing on end user/customer satisfaction.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Responsible for market and sales intelligence in providing valuation for used equipment that does not have a published real time guide
- Utilizes both internal and external resources to understand equipment markets and trends
- Utilizes both internal and external reports to establish valuation/booking ranges for used equip.
- Create regular reports and communications to all sales managers supporting valuations, and ensuring consistency of messaging on available used AG inventory.
- Maintain excel spreadsheets with analytics and data
- Monitor external factors to prepare trends such as weather fluctuations, seasons, etc.
- Set up used equipment into CDK, with specs, dollar figures, pictures.
- Create reports/spreadsheets for Regional Managers as requested, analyzing used inventory.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications Include**:

- Exposure to CDK is an asset
- Experience working with CASE CE equipment is an asset
- Post-Secondary education with a focus in Business Administration is an asset
- Solid knowledge of technical aspects of agriculture, industrial equipment, and materials handling.
- Strong computer and typing skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet.
- Experience with equipment valuations and market pricing.
- Strong understanding of agriculture sales cycle.
