**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share within the mechanical services and welding sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within target industries.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand our technical capabilities and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Cantech Group and promote our products and services.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales and marketing roles, preferably within the mechanical services or welding industries.
- Strong understanding of welding processes, fabrication techniques, pressure vessels, and steel structures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieve sales targets, and drive business growth.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit manufacturing facilities.
