**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Write clear, compelling copies that reflect the company’s tone & voice
- Produce powerful blogs to amplify ISAAC’s thought leadership and expertise
- Participate in developing the paid media strategies and tactics with the demand generation team
- Responsible for planning, writing, and posting on social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and engaging with the online community
- Write compelling client success stories using storytelling and contribute to video testimonials scripts
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, client experience and product teams to understand their needs and ensure the accuracy of produced content
- Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials
- Nurture a healthy curiosity about technology and the trucking industry to produce relevant content that contributes to the company’s success
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in online marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Bilingual, with a thorough mastery of English
- Solid understanding of the buyer’s and client’s journeys
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Highly organized with solid time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- A friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach

**Assets**
- B2B experience and transportation knowledge
- Prior experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Skills on various software/platforms, including social media management software (Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.), Microsoft 365/Teams, Canva
