We are seeking a talented and dedicated Condo Corporation Property Manager to join our team and oversee the management and maintenance of our prestigious condominium community. As the Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, preservation, and enhancement of our condominium property.

**Job Title**: Condo Corporation Property Manager

**Job Location**: Yonge and Sheppard Area, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M2N 6G5

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the condominium property, including common areas, amenities, and facilities.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations in collaboration with contractors and service providers.
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide exceptional customer service.
- Enforce condo rules and regulations, ensuring compliance among residents and addressing any violations appropriately.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and expenditure tracking related to property maintenance and operations.
- Collaborate with the Condo Board of Directors, attend board meetings, and provide regular updates on property status and performance.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement effective security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and property.
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations, condominium laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficient property management.

**Requirements**:

- Property management General Licence. All applicants must be FULLY LICENCED.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a condominium or similar residential community setting.
- Strong knowledge of condominium laws, regulations, and property management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with a diverse group of residents, contractors, and staff members.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, handle financial reports, and maintain cost-effective operations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- A proactive problem-solver, capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism and tact.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
