**Position Objective**:

- Employee onboarding & off boarding; creating employment offers, facilitate the signing of documentation, creating and maintaining employee files, creating logins and passwords, conduct exit interviews.
- Employee Health & Safety; Lead our Health and Safety committee, ensure all our obligations are fulfilled, WSIB claim reporting and follow up.
- Employee Benefit & Pension; Provide employees with answers to question, facilitate memberships and ongoing remittances, work with employees regarding leaves or STD/LTD claims
- Payroll; process bi-weekly payroll compiling a number of different payment types, setup new employees and terminations, handle employee payroll requests
- On going Employee Support; password resets, HR support, Training setups and reimbursements, I.T issues, facilitate the documentation of employment changes, assist mangers with attendance record keeping, ensure scheduled performance reviews are completed, perform employee satisfaction surveys
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Able to work independently or in a team and take initiative
- Strong organizational Skills
- Problem solving skills & ability to communicate effectively
- Prepared to travel between dealerships Peterborough/Mississauga (when required)
- HR, Recruiting & Payroll experience
- Dealership knowledge & structure experience preferred
- Excel with high volumes of work & maintains excellent attention to detail
- Read, Write and Speak English

**Please note**: Applicants must provide a criminal background check prior to commencing employment

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
