- **SUMMARY**_

The Operations Line Lead is responsible for building a strong team on the production floor, This role will organize and plan positions for employees in line with production needs. They will report direct to the Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager.

**Job Duties**
- Accountable for production targets.
- Provide training to new employees as required.
- Support and work on the line as required.
- Maintain schedule and team layout management.
- Build a positive atmosphere and strong team on the floor.
- Ensure all the machines run at full capacity and are in good working condition.
- Organize and plan production.
- Perform swab tests and labs test and follows-up micro-analysis results.
- Handle chemical products needed for washing and sanitizing.
- Verify hygiene and cleaning procedure at the end of shift.
- Complete production report.
- Ensure company GMP policy is followed by employees.
- Enforce and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure production indicators are meet on regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year team lead experience.
- Experience with fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP an asset.
- Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety legislation and programs.
