Typical Duties
- Meeting with managers to establish recruiting requirements;
- Determine applicant qualifications by screening/interviewing applicants;
- Create, post and monitor job ads;
- Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts and job offers;
- Perform reference checks as needed;
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
- Higher education in a discipline related to Human Resources or Recruitment (i.e. human resource management, business administration etc.);
- At least two years recruitment/staffing experience, particularly for IT or engineering positions;
- Must be reliable and able to work independently; be self-motivated; and make sound decisions with little supervision;
- Strong organizational skills required;
- Experience with staffing/recruitment for Government of Canada programs such as Task Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) is an asset;
- Project-based experience would be an asset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French and English would be an asset.
