Project Manager for Store Fixtures

**Vanguard Store Fixtures** is seeking a top-tier project manager well-versed in the Store Fixtures industry, with 10+ years of experience. Our company prioritizes manufacturing the highest quality products, transparent communication between team members and customers, and delivering a superior customer experience.

We are in search of a high performer who possesses the following:

- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with all gondola shelving systems and brands
- Background in millwork and metal fabrication
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturer and retail price points
- Ability to manage budgets and provide quotes independently
- Ability to manage customers' expectation and communication their desires with manufacturing team to result in a flawless final product
- Prompt communication with both the team and customers
- Proficiency in using digital management tools
- A team player mindset, eager to advance within a company that rewards high performance
- Professional character when dealing with all team members and customers of all types

**Other necessary attributes include**:

- **Exceptional communication skills** to prevent inconsistencies between the manufacturing plant and customers' visions
- **Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and flexibility** to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
- **Customer-centric approach** to ensure no corners are cut in any project process. Providing honest recommendations for the best possible solutions for each customer is essential.
- **Transparency and honesty **between team members and customers are paramount. Genuine errors can be rectified, but reputation is invaluable.
- **Attention to detail** to guarantee every aspect of the project meets quality standards and specifications.
- **Digital management **through softwares that help organize projects coordination

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
