The Project Manager assumes a critical role in Alliance, proficiently planning and executing projects with a focus on consistently delivering positive outcomes throughout the entire project lifecycle. This not only ensures customer satisfaction but also instills trust in our services and upholds the organization's commitment to high standards of professional conduct, ultimately contributing to our success and growth.

To achieve these goals, the Project Manager diligently adheres to production budgets, provides unwavering support to installation crews, and ensures strict compliance with installation guidelines and quality standards. Leveraging the power of software technology, they also enhance communications and technical support within the team.

Apart from overseeing production matters, the Project Manager plays a vital role in skillfully managing schedules and adeptly resolving any production challenges that may arise during the course of the project.

However, beyond these core responsibilities, an effective Project Manager must possess exceptional communication skills to harmoniously collaborate with the team. They demonstrate a keen ability to consider multiple perspectives, show empathy towards both customers and team members, and skillfully navigate the complexities of interpersonal situations that often arise in a managerial role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact project success.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform project decisions.
- Utilize project management software and tools, such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Basecamp.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, contracts, and regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills to inform project decisions.
- Familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
