What you will be doing
Front Desk Agents are the face of HI, welcoming our travelers from all over the world and providing excellent customer service. Ensuring that our guests experience a pleasant stay is the most important part of this role. You are the local expert, you’ll inform our guests about local activities and share your insider tips on the surrounding area.

What we look for
- You deliver amazing, friendly customer service in English, in person and over the phone. A second language, in particular French, is a huge asset.
- You are a team player, with a can-do attitude and good communication skills.
- Cash handling and efficient computer skills are a must.
- You love to talk to guests and tell them about the local attractions, hostel activities, etc.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Customer service experience is an asset
- Cash management experience is an asset
- Experience using computers and office equipment is essential
- Experience using MS Word is an asset
- Ability to speak another language is an asset
