**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during busy periods.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
