**Your role**

The **Manager, Financial Systems,** will provide high-level expertise in financial system training, user documentation and system improvements.

Reporting to the Director, Financial Systems, Processes and Training, the Manager is the key contact for coordination of user support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**ERP implementation**:
Participates in evaluating and benchmarking current state processes and systems, identifying gaps, pain points and inefficiencies and defining the future state.

Participates in the preparations of the future state systems and processes. This includes defining business requirements, defining and documenting future state processes and proposing and evaluating solutions to improve efficiency, controls, and automation.

**Existing financial systems**:
Assesses and prioritizes financial systems training needs requirements for CBC./Radio
- Canada. In addition, the manager plans, implements, and oversees the delivery of courses and end-user documentation. May deliver certain courses or user sessions.

With the Senior Manager, financial Systems and super users, the Manager identifies and participates in the evaluating and recommending of systems enhancement opportunities.

This position will also act as a project leader for specific financial systems projects.

The manager will establish and maintain a communication strategy to promote financial systems use within the Corporation.

In coordination with the Senior Manager, Financial Systems, will also monitor communication to end-users for all financial system changes to ensure a well-coordinated flow of information to users. The communication effort must be visible and internally promote the benefits. Coordinates the maintenance of the iO Financial systems pages.

This position is responsible for building a working relationship between Finance, other system operators and Shared Services.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
- Professional accounting designation - CPA an asset.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational process flows
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities, and work under pressure to meet scheduled and unexpected deadlines.
- Must possess a high degree of creativity,initiative and motivation in developing solutions to problems of a complex nature.
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and sound judgement
