As an Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our customers, while identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in the company's growth by responding to customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and ensuring thorough follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- **Sales development**: Prospect new customers, negotiate and conclude commercial agreements.
- **Customer service**: Provide personalized follow-up, answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Technical support**: Demonstrate, install and train customers.
- **Relationship management**: Maintain excellent relations with current customers and develop lasting partnerships.
- **Internal coordination**: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve objectives.
**Our next colleague**:
- Solid experience and knowledge in automotive bodywork (5-10 years minimum).
- Excellent sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to use and master technological tools.
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
- Ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs. and travel throughout Quebec.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage several projects simultaneously, while respecting priorities and deadlines;
- DEP in body shop or sales experience (assets).

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
