**Responsibilities**
- Work with a cross-functional team to gather requirements:

- JIRA workflos and architecture.
- Establish JIRA dashboards to be used for easy high-level snapshots of project progress.
- Create standardized reports that can be run and exported with ease.
- Create standardized templates for functional requirements document, technical architecture documentation, and user stories
- Assist with development of training documentation that can be used to roll out JIRA, Confluence, and the requirements documents to our global organization
- Administer and maintain JIRA environments post-implementation; suggest and implement optimizations based on user behavior
- Boost the security of JIRA as confluence spaces and JIRA projects can have access restrictions set.
- Create and put in place unique workflows to assist corporate procedures.
- Investigate & Resolve issues with notifications, workflow, and permission.
- Manage user rights for tools according to the requirements of projects and teams.

**What You'll Bring with You**:

- 2+ years of technical Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Expertise and experience in working with Jira, Confluence as described above as a JIRA system administrator (JIRA enterprise and/or JIRA cloud
- Understanding of JIRA compatible APIs, able to configure integration
- Worked in an mutli pod Agile methodology environment
- Lead effective requirements workshops by facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to elicit details and comprehensive requirements
- Financial industry experience
