The Select Group is currently hiring for a OneTrust SME to join as a resource for one of our clients within the Telecommunications sector that can be 100% remote but must sit in Canada and be comfortable working EST hours. This client recognizes the need to bolster its risk management capabilities, specifically within the intersection of security and data trust, therefore, we are seeking to provide a solution consultant to assist with leveraging OneTrust. This Consultant will deploy a comprehensive risk management strategy with the assistance of a seasoned OneTrust expert, emphasizing the establishment of a risk register in accordance with our organizational framework and policies. To be successful in this role one must be comfortable working with stakeholder to help them understand the risks and to implement classifications of risks as it pertains to Risk Register in OnTrust.

**ONETRUST SME REQUIREMENTS**:
Extensive knowledge in setting up a risk register on OneTrust

Familiarity with the automation assessment module and GRC/IT module on OneTrust

**ONETRUST SME RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Risk Register Development**:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand organizational risks

Develop a tailored risk register based on the organization's framework and policy

Implement a classification and ranking system for identified risks

Integration with automation assessment module

Ensure seamless integration between the risk register and the PIA/DPIA module within OneTrust

Regularly update risk implications based on the outcomes of PIAs and DPIAs

**Collaboration between Security Office and Data Trust Office**:
Establish guidelines and protocols to ensure synergy between the two departments

Promote and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions

**Project Completion Goal**:
An operational risk model in OneTrust that seamlessly integrates with the PIA/DPIA module.

Established best-in-class collaboration practices between the security department and data trust office

Establish a robust and agile risk management process, which will not only bolster our organizational security but also foster trust and collaboration with our valued partners

**Salary**: $15.50-$50.45 per hour
