Toronto, Canada Trident Global Assistance Inc. Full time

Trident Global Assistance is looking for an Office Clerk to join the company on a full-time basis. The position is required to work from the office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for tasks assigned by the Manager and other employees
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and/or picking up mail if needed
- Open new and/or match mail to existing files
- Day stamp and enter invoices into the system
- Copy or scan documents and assign them to recipients or files
- Organize filing and filing cabinets
- Monitor office supplies and report on needs or shortage

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with MS Office and Internet
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Time management and organizational skills

Required Education: Post-secondary education

Required Experience: One year of experience in data entry or similar clerical role

Required Languages: English

Training provided by the company
