**Program Administrator/ Equity buy in**

Thomas College is seeking a Program Administrator to join our team, with an opportunity for equity buy in You will be responsible for coordinating the start up of a hybrid dental assisting program in your area. The opportunity for program purchase is available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan start up location
- Direct and lead the work of on coming staff
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between Saskatoon location and your local home base

**Qualifications/Education**
- 3+ years as a dental assistant, or dental hygienist
- Adult education certificate
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities

**Experience Requirements**:High school diploma or equivalent required; two to three years of related experience in either dental assisting or dental hygiene. Experience with Microsoft excell and word is an asset, as well as experience with dental regulations.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental Assisting: 3 years (required)
- Dental Hygiene: 3 years (preferred)
