**Profile**:
Canada Career Counselling is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for approximately 20 hours per week. Typical work hours will be between 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility can be discussed). This role will support the Toronto Clinical Director, Operations Manager, Practitioners and Consultants as an integral part of this busy, growing, entrepreneurial practice.

This position will be temporarily remote and will require the use of a personal computer. In-office hours will be required one day per week.

**Canada Career Counselling**helps people to determine theirideal career direction and to make strategic decisions for their career development. Additionally, we provide psychotherapy and support our clients in addressing personal and mental health concerns. Serving clients at our welcoming office in Toronto, as well as virtually, we are a team of Psychologists, Career Counsellors, and Personal Branding Specialists.

**Tasks and Responsibilities Could Include**:
Administration
- Schedule client appointments
- Answer web inquiries; providing interested individuals with relevant information
- Provide excellent client support including ongoing client relationship management
- Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Entering, recording, storing, maintaining electronic information
- Setting up and generating reports using online assessment websites
- Filing records and reports digitally
- Processing client payments on time and accurately
- Completing editing tasks for various documents and reports

Tools and Technology
- Working with, and troubleshooting online platforms such as the Microsoft Office Suite, our scheduling and accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly is a must

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or similar role is an asset
- Excellent English communication skills, other language skills an asset

**Job Type**:
