**CONCIERGE TEAM MEMBER: RESIDENTIAL STRATA BUILDING CHINATOWN**

We are expanding our team and welcome talented ADMINISTRATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE/SECURITY professionals to join us.

We are looking for passionate, service-driven individuals with outstanding customer service and solid track records to join our team of concierge staff in large residential strata buildings.

**Locations**:

- Surrey Central
- Various afternoon schedules: PT Weekends 4PM-Midnight, Monday-Thursday 4PM-Midnight
- On-call
- Valid Security License preferable

As Concierge professionals, we work directly with our Operations Management Team in ensuring smooth operations in their designated site(s). We hold a key role in our building(s), overseeing all aspects of client relations with residents, property managers, building staff, contractors and where applicable, other staff.

Concierge provide front desk and administration services, exceeding the expectations of the Concierge job description.

We are nimble in responding to the demands of our sites, adopt a “team” perspective, and excel under pressure. With reliability and accountability, Concierge problem-solve and think quickly to resolve matters using tact and discretion.

**Duties**:

- Providing front desk & facility administration
- Handle access to property, resident records, requests by residents and site staff
- Coordinate, record, change and administer moving in / out schedules
- Coordinate elevator bookings, amenity bookings
- Address resident requests, concerns and complaints
- Effectively responding to property manager’s requests
- Maintain, monitor site security, patrolling frequently
- Handle complains politely
- Troubleshoot, investigate facility issues
- Minimum 2 years in fast-paced Customer Service / Hospitality role
- Minimum 1 year Strata Concierge experience or Security Guard experience
- Genuine customer-service focus & commitment to high standards of service
- Superb ability to listen and proactively address issues
- Great at multi-tasking, handling multiple demands
- Excellent communication skills, including professional writing
- Hospitality training/hospitality industry experience
- High proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook

**Work Environment: Various roles and schedules available**
- Weekends 4PM-Midnight
- Weekdays 4PM-Midnight
- Graveyards 11PM-7AM
- Use of computer equipment, including spreadsheets, to produce reports
- Physical capacity for regular walking and monitoring premises

**Multiple Roles - Compensation Subject to Experience and Position**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

**Experience**:
