**Customer Success Representative**
**_ Longbow Advantage_** is an end-to-end warehousing strategy company that leverages real-time data to manage people, processes, and warehouses through The Rebus® Platform, and WMS consulting services purpose-built to expand and enhance warehouse technologies.
We take a holistic approach to warehousing strategy, understanding that technology is only one piece in the solution process. Our warehouse experts work with customers to understand challenges and goals, developing a recommendation that’s aligned to the customer’s business objectives and supply chain initiatives.
**What to expect**
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Representative and play a pivotal role in empowering our users to maximize their experience with Rebus. As we continue to expand, we're seeking an enthusiastic individual to work closely with the Director of Customer Success, championing customer relationships and becoming a Rebus expert.
**Once you join our team, you will**
- ** Serve as the Primary Point of Contact**: Be the go-to person for end-users, guiding them seamlessly through the Rebus Customer Journey and ensuring a smooth transition across internal teams.
- ** Ownership of Post-Sale Relationships**: Take charge of the post-sale relationship with customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the value outcomes they seek. Develop and implement strategic change plans to align with and exceed those outcomes.
- ** Best Practices Consultation**: Advise and consult clients on best practices, demonstrating how to optimize their use of Rebus and identifying upsell opportunities. Offer expert guidance on successful change management, assisting customers in adopting Rebus as a new habit within their workflows.
- ** Regular Customer Check-ins**: Conduct periodic check-ins with customers to assess progress, address concerns, and explore opportunities for additional value.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate seamlessly with our Implementation and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring the optimal utilization of resources.
- ** Feedback Loop**: Act as a conduit between customers and our internal team, providing valuable product feedback based on customer interactions.
**Skills & Experience**
- ** Industry Experience**: 2-3 years of experience working with Warehouse Management Systems. Understanding and working knowledge of KPI’s for warehousing facilities
- ** Strategic Thinker**: A visionary who can strategically align customer goals with Rebus capabilities for mutual success.
- ** Relationship Builder**: Proven ability to develop and strengthen customer relationships, turning them into enthusiastic advocates.
- ** Collaborative Approach**: Comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- ** Data Savvy**: Proficient in leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- ** Change Management Expertise**: Experience in guiding customers through successful change management processes.
- ** Adaptability**: Able to quickly adapt to changes in customer needs and business landscapes.
- Ability to Travel within United States and Canada 15-20% of the time.
