**WAGE - $16.70 Plus Gratuity**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Take guest orders for food & beverage,
- Process orders using the POS system
- Prepare accurate cash out deposits, responsible for any cash shortages and monitoring all guest bill folds to avoid walkouts and shortages
- Responsible for the opening and closing duties of the dining room
- Responsible for providing superior guest service; Act as a sales agent, using your up-selling skills and be well versed in our menus, knowledgeable in foods and wine
- Prepare dining room for meals and service
- Organize serving stands/back of house space
- Assist with general cleaning tasks

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Must have Smart Serve Certificate
- Minimum of one year of restaurant serving experience
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Previous POS systems experience an asset
- Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation
- Interest and knowledge of culinary and wines an asset
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must adhere to Blue Mountain and Food & Beverage grooming policies
